The Barefoot Walk is a perfect way to cool off. It also gives you an opportunity to learn some new things about the hot springs. Follow the stepping stones on a journey to the gazebo, where you can actually see the Takhini Hot Spring coming out of the ground before it flows into the Eclipse pools. On your way to the source you will learn about hot springs geology, about the water, and about the First Nation relationship to the springs. On the way back you can follow the modern history of the springs. The Barefoot Walk also features a circular pathway into the forest and a reflexology station where you can experience stimulating surfaces under your feet. The walk is closed in winter and opens in the late spring when the ground is snow free.
