Wynoah Cole – Hatha Yoga
Wynoah offers functional Hatha yoga sequences designed to counteract common repetitive movements such as sitting at a desk, hiking a mountain, biking, skiing, etc. These classes are for people who want to feel better in their bodies for years to come. Every class provides a warm-up before moving into deeper complementary postures. Each set of postures is broken down into stages, progressing from beginner onwards, so each individual can choose which modification fits their body best. All classes are multi-level and alignment-based.

Caroline Alain - Slow Vinyasa
Caroline is a trained physiotherapist, a Reiki master, and a certified Yoga & Meditation teacher who has been offering all 3 holistic modalities to help others throughout their healing journey. Caroline offers heart-centered yoga sequences to promote an overall sense of well-being and calmness. Her teaching style varies between Hatha, Vinyasa, and restorative asanas, including pranayama and guided meditation. Her main teaching purpose is to guide people towards good alignment, proper body mechanics, injury prevention & recovery, improved breathing patterns, and most importantly, enjoying their time on the mat!
