Jess Sellars - Vinyasa Flow
Jess has been teaching yoga in her community of Mt Lorne for a number of years. Previously she spent winters studying yoga in India. With Vinyasa and Restorative yoga teacher training, her main goal as a teacher is to help her students gain more mobility. Her teaching style is a slower focus flow that aligns movement with the breath. Each class finishes with a relaxing restorative posture.
Wynoah Cole - Hatha Yoga

Caroline Alain - All level yoga
Caroline is a trained physiotherapist, a Reiki master as well as a certified 200 hrs Yoga & meditation teacher, which she completed with the traditional Anuttara Ashram in Northern BC. All 3 holistic approaches has been blending really well within her own daily life, as well as sharing with many others ON and OFF the mat. Caroline’s yoga teaching style varies between Hatha, Vinyasa and restorative asanas, as well as breathing techniques and guided meditation. Her main teaching purpose is to guide people towards good alignment & postures, proper body mechanic, injury prevention & recovery, improve breathing patterns and most importantly; enjoying their time on the mat!
Beth Chisholm - Hatha Vinyasa
Elizabeth teaches a trauma informed Hatha Vinyasa style for all experience levels. Classes weave together flowing full body movements synchronized with breath. Each class ends with a period of relaxation or guided meditative practice. Students are encouraged to listen to and honor their bodies while practicing within a class environment that celebrates all abilities.
Sara Arsenault – Slow Flow Yoga
Sara is a certified yoga and fitness instructor with close to 15 years of experience in the industry. In 2014, she completed Modo Hot Yoga teacher training to become a 500-hour registered yoga teacher and has been teaching consistently since. Her slow flow classes focus on linking breath with movement and are inclusive for all levels. She is careful to provide clear instruction with a calm and gentle approach. With a touch of humour, Sara strives to create a welcoming and enjoyable yoga experience for her students.
Victoria Parker - Hatha, Flow, Intermediate Yoga
Victoria (she/they) is a musician, dance instructor and yoga teacher. Their teaching practice includes somatic movement, guided meditation and sound therapy using crystal bowls. Victoria's classes are here to awaken the body and mind.
Meagan Lameiro - Yoga Flow
Meagan’s classes are a dive into your body’s breath and movement while grounding in the present moment. It is a chance to escape and be with yourself in the yoga room. Her classes are a flow style class and open to all levels. She provides cues and variations to proper alignment as well as staying connected to the breath - which is the most important piece to any yoga practice.
