Ashley Gingras – Yin Yoga
Ashley completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Homegrown Yoga in Warner Robins Georgia. In Ashley’s class expect to laugh, like a lot. Find joy in gentle movement and meet your new best friend. Ashley believes that yoga is accessible for ALL and strives to create warm, welcoming and inclusive classes that feel likecoming home to your body. She will challenge you to stay with the breath and present in your body. Ashleys heart lies in Yin Yoga, helping people take a breath, slow down, and move in ways that just feel good. Classes always end with the coziest savasana + meditation.
Caroline Alain - Slow Vinyasa
Caroline is a trained physiotherapist, a Reiki master, and a certified Yoga & Meditation teacher who has been offering all 3 holistic modalities to help others throughout their healing journey. Caroline offers heart-centered yoga sequences to promote an overall sense of well-being and calmness. Her teaching style varies between Hatha, Vinyasa, and restorative asanas, including pranayama and guided meditation. Her main teaching purpose is to guide people towards good alignment, proper body mechanics, injury prevention & recovery, improved breathing patterns, and most importantly, enjoying their time on the mat!
