Hot Rock Café Food

The Eclipse Nordic Hot Springs is a fusion of Asia and the circumpolar north. We bring this fusion to our menu as well, with a focus on healthy meals that feature local foods. Our food is made from scratch, using quality ingredients without preservatives when possible.

Our menu provides selections for people with allergies and special diets. All our food is peanut-free and does not contain suphites. Guests can choose delicious vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free items.

Please ask the staff for the ingredients binder if you need more details about what is in a particular item.

Things to Know

Whole cakes can be ordered in advance with a minimum of 3 days notice.
We encourage everyone to bring their indoor flip flops or sandals to wear because there are no outdoor shoes allowed in the café.
The café serves not only healthy food and meals, but wine, beer and cocktails. Guests are limited to one drink per customer. This is to prevent heat exhaustion and to be sure guests can drive safely home as there may be no taxi or shuttle service available.
To encourage environmental sustainability, we do not offer food for takeout. We encourage guests to slow down from their busy lives and take some personal time to eat their meal in the relaxing environment of our café.

Black Forest Cake

Rich, chocolatey layers paired with cream and marinated cherries making it incredibly satisfying. Decadent yet perfectly balanced - not too heavy, not too sweet. One of our most loved desserts at Eclipse, and a go-to choice for full cakes to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries.
