We understand that plans can change. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled soak time to be eligible for a refund. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the start time, including same-day cancellations and no-shows, are non-refundable.
We are happy to reschedule bookings at no extra charge, and rescheduling can be done multiple times if needed. However, once a booking has been rescheduled, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

Eclipse Nordic Hot Springs gift cards can be used toward reservations, retail items, and our on-site café.
Gift cards do not expire, are non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift cards must be presented at the time of booking or check-in and can be used online or in person. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
