As you go through her class, your focus will be brought to the present moment, where you will experience a reduction of stress and tension. You can participate in her class either lying down or sitting, whichever feels most comfortable to you. Ashley Gingras – Yin Yoga
Ashley completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Homegrown Yoga in Warner Robins Georgia. In Ashley’s class expect to laugh, like a lot. Find joy in gentle movement and meet your new best friend. Ashley believes that yoga is accessible for ALL and strives to create warm, welcoming and inclusive classes that feel likecoming home to your body. She will challenge you to stay with the breath and present in your body. Ashleys heart lies in Yin Yoga, helping people take a breath, slow down, and move in ways that just feel good. Classes always end with the coziest savasana + meditation.
